To provide homes to people that can not otherwise acquire them 

To re integrate people into society that see no way forward

To enable people to have an address so that they can get doctors

Social care and other services that may be otherwise un reachable

To provide the opportunity for people to choose there own path 

To provide a tailored care plan for each individual

Understanding individual needs including six moths year and future goals and needs providing a committed care plan that the individual is happy with

To make sure all staff have adequate sensitivity training to be able to help with individual needs

To provide accommodation to those who are unable to live in hostels though being full or through other various reasons 

To provide a community led garden with free to take veg and fruit 

and a four tiered bin system for recycling as many materials as possible

To promote active listening in planning individual future steps plans

To help to find jobs and where possible and appropriate to give jobs to those who need them

To provide Eco friendly low cost homes and to give service users a chance back to employment

Open door policy for ex service users and maintain future contact
